1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice.

In Short

• Develop and execute a cohesive owned media strategy across short- and long-form content.
• Craft engaging content that aligns with Headway's brand voice and strategic goals.
• Launch and maintain a content calendar for consistent publishing.
• Foster community engagement by monitoring online conversations and collaborating with the CX team.
• Track key performance metrics and provide regular performance reports.
• Partner with content, design, and communications teams for consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams to amplify company initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Passion for mental health and mission-driven work.
• Strong writing skills for both short- and long-form content.
