Requirements

Experience with systems that power businesses and support web applications.
Strong understanding of at least one programming language.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
Experience in designing software architecture for systems-level projects.
Leadership experience in mentoring and guiding teams.
Experience in evaluating new technologies and making strategic decisions.
