In Short

• Lead the UX research and insights team to understand mental health providers and patients.
• Transform insights into strategic decisions across the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a people manager.
• 5+ years of experience as an IC researcher.
• Ability to see things from a high-level perspective while driving initiatives.
• Strong product mindset and cross-functional relationship building.
• Demonstrated executive presence and communication skills.
• Experience with customer sentiment measured programs.
