Requirements

• Experience in international development or philanthropy preferred.
• Masters degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Ability to synthesize complex research findings.
• Strong interpersonal skills for team leadership.
• Curiosity about the impacts of cash transfers.
• Practical approach to evidence-based program design.
