Customer Success Manager, Group Practices - Remote

In Short

• Facilitate relationships with group practices to promote product adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to ensure clients maximize value from Headway.
• Track key practice health metrics and create action plans.
• Develop strong customer relationships and advocate for their needs.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss practice progress and goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer success and/or sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of customer health metrics.
• Experience in goal setting and success planning.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
