Overview

The Senior Manager, Inside Sales is responsible for managing the operations of the inside sales function while providing high-level customer service and maximizing sales and gross profit.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Certification may be required.
  • Advanced degree may offset less experience.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in managing teams and driving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
