Overview

The Customer Care Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Resolve product or service issues.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Provide product and service information.

  • Meet individual and team KPIs.
  • Work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-first mindset.
  • Attention to detail.
