Overview

The Outside Sales Account Representative for Multi-Family Housing is responsible for selling MRO supplies and other products to an established portfolio of apartment community customers, driving sales and maintaining relationships.

  • Work primarily in the Mission Viejo/Laguna Beach area.
  • Requires reliable transportation for daily commuting.
  • Must have experience in B2B field sales.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B field sales experience.
  • Knowledge of facilities products (hardware, electrical, lighting).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • BS/BA in a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience with solution selling.
  • Ability to develop and sustain sales relationships.
  • Overnight travel less than 10% required.
