Field Account Representative (Multifamily) - Remote

Overview

The Field Account Representative (Multifamily) will be responsible for selling maintenance, repair, and operations supplies to multi-family housing customers, focusing on driving sales and maintaining relationships.

Requirements

• Must reside in the specified state (Arizona).
• Experience in direct sales to multi-family communities.
• Knowledge of facilities products (hardware, electrical, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce.
• Experience with consultative selling preferred.
• Proven sales goal achievement in a remote setting.
• Ability to analyze data and resolve inconsistencies.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable MVR report.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
