Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B field sales experience.
  • Direct sales experience to multi-family communities.
  • Knowledge of facilities products.
  • Organizational skills and knowledge of handheld technology.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals.
  • BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certification may be required in some areas.
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
