Overview

The National Accounts Manager for Renovations Plus will focus on building relationships and increasing sales and profitability for targeted national accounts. The role involves strategic planning, customer visits, and executing business plans.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with national accounts.
  • Strategically plan customer visits and perform presentations.
  • Research and acquire account opportunities.
  • Communicate competitive strengths and develop strategies to acquire business.
  • Negotiate national contracts and rebate programs.
  • Collaborate with sales and corporate personnel on account plans.
  • Participate in trade associations and conferences.
  • Travel required, more than 50% of the time.
  • Requires a BS/BA or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales or related field.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B field sales experience.
  • Renovation project experience.
  • Knowledge of facilities products (hardware, electrical, lighting).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce.
  • Consultative selling experience preferred.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Military contractor sales experience is a plus.
