Field Service Engineer 1 - Remote

Overview

The Field Engineer I performs on-time and accurate Preventative Maintenance in one or more modalities of equipment. The role involves working with experienced Field Engineers to learn troubleshooting, repair, and equipment installation techniques while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Web applications and Microsoft products.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Willingness to work after hours or on-call.
• Must comply with background checks and customer access policies.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Good hand and finger dexterity required.
• Must meet physical demands of the job.
• Strong customer service focus.
