Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) for our HR Assistant team in Freiburg im Breisgau, to drive the development of our chatbot with a focus on performance, scalability, and innovation.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Full Stack Developer in a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Python, SQL, and tools like Docker and GitLab.
• Interest in DevOps topics (e.g., CI/CD pipelines) and basic knowledge of cloud concepts (AWS is a plus).
• Appreciation for collaborative work, code reviews, documentation, and agile methods.
• Self-organization, responsibility, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Fluent in English and German for effective communication between locations.
• Enthusiasm for speed and a hands-on mentality in implementing new technologies like Generative AI.
• Initial experience with AI chatbots, LLMs, or OpenSearch is a bonus.
• Willingness to work regularly at the Freiburg location.
