Requirements

• JD required.
• 6+ years of in-house or law firm experience, preferably in tech.
• Hands-on experience with complex technology procurement agreements.
• Knowledge of intellectual property law and contracts management.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and function independently.
• Collaborative work style with a focus on problem-solving.
• Service-oriented attitude and responsiveness.
• AI experience welcomed but not required.
