Procurement Counsel - Remote

Overview

An exciting opportunity to join a fun, supportive and high-functioning legal team as we expand our legal team globally. The role focuses on the legal aspects of procurement contracts and managing legal projects.

In Short

• Be a legal business partner to Wiz’s procurement team.
• Structure, draft and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts.
• Review privacy aspects in vendor agreements.
• Advise finance, HR, product, R&D, sales and marketing teams on legal matters.
• Support the continuous improvement of agreement templates and processes.
• Manage a heavy workflow and set appropriate priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
• Significant experience in procurement contracts.
• Experience in data privacy matters and knowledge of privacy laws.
• Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
• Native English required.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
