Overview

As an Associate Counsel at Zscaler, you will support the Procurement team by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor agreements, and providing legal advice to internal clients.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active admission to a State Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in vendor agreements.
• Knowledge of technology and SaaS companies.
• Experience with data privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR).
