Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing expert support for Dynamics 365 F&O applications, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction. Your role will involve troubleshooting, guiding users, and collaborating on system enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of finance, supply chain, and operations processes preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or reporting tools is a plus.
