Overview

The Microsoft 365 Support Specialist will provide support for Microsoft 365 services to business customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

In Short

  • Providing Microsoft 365 support to business customers.
  • Handling escalation calls and resolving tickets as per SLA.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and seeing them through to resolution.
  • Researching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Following procedures for escalation of unresolved issues.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple open issues.
  • Working in shifts (7 PM-4 AM IST / 1:30 PM-9:30 PM IST).
  • Must have a laptop with Windows 10/11 and fast internet connection.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills required.

Requirements

  • Experience in Microsoft Process or Microsoft 365 domain.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Must have a laptop with Windows 10/11.
  • Fast internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical skills for technical help.
