Overview

As an IT Support Level 1 Technician, you will be the first point of contact for users encountering technical issues, providing essential front-line support.

In Short

  • Respond to and resolve user technical inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Provide support for basic hardware and software issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 Support or relevant departments as necessary.
  • Maintain and update documentation for issue resolution processes.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting steps for network connectivity problems.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of computer systems and applications.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems and office software.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
