Join a leading Managed Services Provider known for exceptional customer service, where you will support clients in various sectors and help them succeed with empathy and responsiveness.

In Short

  • Provide extraordinary customer service and support on incoming calls and escalated tickets.
  • Organize incident priorities to meet SLAs.
  • Configure and install hardware and software components.
  • Manage antivirus software and keep definitions updated.
  • Use Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP for server administration.
  • Run preventative maintenance and onboard new customers.
  • Assist in identifying infrastructure upgrades.
  • Document policies and procedures.
  • Be part of the on-call rotation.
  • Troubleshoot various IT issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Technician, preferably for an MSP.
  • O365 administration experience.
  • Proficiency in desktop and server operating systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory and virtualization tech.
  • Knowledge of networking devices and firewall configuration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with RMM and ticketing tools.
  • Strong customer service skills.
