Overview

The Level 1 Support Engineer/Technician will provide direct support to end-users, manage access rights to business applications, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders involved.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with support tools and asset management software
  • Ability to diagnose simple IT issues
  • Strong communication and service orientation
  • English (B2+) and French (B2) proficiency
  • German is a plus
