Application Support Technician - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Application Support Technician to join our team at Septeo, a leading software publisher in Europe, specializing in software for real estate professionals.

In Short

• Join a team of 19 in the Installations and Data Recovery department.
• Recover client databases for export files for final migration.
• Put databases into production and manage document storage.
• Analyze anomalies and correction needs with migration technicians and developers.
• Manage relationships with IAD and Infra teams on project follow-ups.
• Develop and execute corrective queries.
• Resolve incidents related to your activities.
• Write documentation related to your tasks.

Requirements

• Proficient in SQL (reading, writing, and modifying simple queries).
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiar with office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Comfortable with client interaction and able to explain technical concepts.
• Available, reactive, patient, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Service-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Autonomous, curious, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
