HELPLINE is looking for an Application Support Technician to join their team near Valence. This role involves monitoring production, managing incidents, and providing user support.

Requirements

• Higher education in IT (Bac+2 to Bac+5).
• Experience as an Application Support Technician, preferably in finance.
• Technical versatility and understanding of business challenges.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Autonomy and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize information.
• Experience with JIRA, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with Windows environment.
