Overview

As the Partner Operations Director, you will architect the foundation for HackerOne’s Partner Sales operations, leading the design and execution of strategies that accelerate partner performance and drive alignment across various teams.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue/Partner Operations.
• Success in building and scaling partner programs in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to lead through influence with C-level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of GTM strategy and partner sales motions.
• Strong data acumen to translate analysis into business action.
• Experience with Salesforce and GTM tools.
• Strong executive presence and ability to lead across organizations.
