In Short

  • Manage a high volume of emails and calls with Channel Partners and their Clients’ Customers.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce for all Leads.
  • Educate Channel Partners about Gusto Pro and assist in onboarding.
  • Provide advisory sales guidance to help Partners select Gusto.
  • Exhibit customer empathy and address customer needs effectively.
  • Participate in community and career development opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a sales or customer success role.
  • Experience in Inside or Outside Sales, Insurance Sales, or Customer Success.
  • Previous experience with outbound dials and prospecting leads.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
