Gusto is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with 10+ years of experience to join our Business Systems team. This role will support either our Revenue Systems or Unified Service Platform team, depending on fit and interest. • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Manage the configuration and administration of the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience with various GTM and CX tools.
• Ability to analyze data and drive operational improvements.
• Experience with change management and stakeholder enablement.
• Ability to write clear requirements and partner with Salesforce developers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
