Overview

As an Onboarding Advocate at Gusto, you will be responsible for setting up customers with their health benefits while providing a delightful experience, guiding them through a complex process.

• Oversee the benefits onboarding process from start to finish.
• Provide expertise in healthcare and benefits enrollment.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of client-facing experience.
