Developer Advocate (Onboarding) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Developer Advocate (Onboarding) to join the Vonage Developer Relations team and transform the developer onboarding experience for our APIs. In this role, you will drive operational efficiency by creating and maintaining tools, scripts, and automation solutions that streamline the developer journey from initial API evaluation to adoption.

In Short

• Create and implement automated solutions for onboarding tasks.
• Build tooling to help developers diagnose integration challenges.
• Develop tools to maintain current API documentation.
• Design and maintain CLI tools, SDKs, and automation scripts.
• Gather and analyze developer feedback for tooling improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.

Requirements

• Strong software development experience with developer tools.
• Experience with API integration.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely.
