Technical Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Technical Program Manager role at Guesty requires a deep understanding of the Guesty system to enable proficient consultations for varying customer technical use cases, as well as, enable a proactive approach to driving product adoption that fosters customer retention and growth.

In Short

• Serve as a high level expert of the Guesty product across all domains.
• Answer customer technical questions and gather impactful product feedback.
• Drive product adoption to increase customer success and satisfaction.
• Audit customer system usage/setup and make recommendations for improvement.
• Track product needs across account cohorts.
• Represent retained revenue feature/functionality needs to internal teams.
• Meet or exceed expectations in KPI attainment.

Requirements

• Solid technical background in a complex SaaS environment.
• Experience with product organizations designing and growing platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and track product needs.
• Understanding of the short term rental market (bonus).
• Basic trust accounting knowledge (bonus).
• Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in SaaS.
• API literacy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
