Requirements

• Tissue Sample Procurement experience is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Flexibility regarding working hours.
• Ability to handle escalated client-facing situations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is an asset.
