Requirements

• 4-year college degree in Biological Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience required.
• Tissue Sample Procurement experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work during company holidays as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is an asset.
