Procurement Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing IT hardware, software, and services that power NinjaOne across a workforce spanning 10+ countries. From contract negotiation and vendor partnerships to global logistics and process improvement, you’ll oversee the full procurement lifecycle to ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality delivery.

In Short

• Own and execute the procurement process for IT hardware, software, and services.
• Review, negotiate, and renew contracts in partnership with Legal.
• Oversee global logistics, including vendor management and inventory control.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Research and evaluate products and suppliers.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, IT, HR, and Legal.
• Assess and mature procurement processes.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, and vendor management.
• Skilled in contract negotiations.
• Strong vendor management skills.
• Experienced in product research and sourcing.
• Advanced skills in Excel, NetSuite, and other tools.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional experience.
