The Regional Sales Director is responsible for managing and developing a group of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales objectives in the oncology sector.

Requirements

• 10+ years in account management in molecular diagnostics
• Experience managing remote teams
• 7+ years with major cancer centers and oncology practices
• Demonstrated revenue generation in diagnostics or biotech
• Comfortable selling at executive levels
• Strong understanding of oncology and diagnostics
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Advanced presentation and communication skills
• B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing; MBA preferred
