Overview

The Client Services Associate II is responsible for providing exceptional support to Guardant Health customers, the Guardant Health Clinical Laboratory, and Sales Representatives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries.

• Must be proficient in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 2-4 years experience in biotech or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong multitasking and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
