We are seeking a CRM and Sales Operations Analyst to support the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team by managing CRM systems, analyzing performance data, and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes. This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving and process optimization. This position reports to the Sales Director and will work closely with Sales Managers and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth through operational excellence.

• Oversee and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Support sales leadership with reporting and forecasting.
• Monitor and optimize CRM workflows.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards for tracking progress.
• Implement and refine sales processes.
• Assist Sales Managers with prospecting tools and lead assignments.
• Manage deal flow and follow up on contracts.
• Ensure seamless handoff of new accounts to Customer Success.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations or analytics.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
