Social Media & Community Engagement Assistant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Community Engagement Assistant to join our growth marketing team. This teammate will serve as the digital voice of a clinical skincare brand developed by dermatologists and designed for all skin tones. They will manage the end-to-end process of community engagement and influencer marketing — from building relationships in DMs and comments, sourcing and supporting content creators, coordinating contracts and branding guidelines, assisting with fulfillment/logistics, managing ongoing campaigns, identifying viral content and UGC, to tracking performance and social sentiment.

In Short

• Monitor and respond to DMs and comments on TikTok and Instagram.
• Engage daily with influencers and content creators.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers and superfans.
• Research and compile lists of qualified influencers.
• Track social sentiment and emerging conversation trends.
• Identify UGC and potential creator collaborations.
• Partner with social and creative teams for unified brand voice.
• Maintain community engagement trackers via Google Sheets or Excel.
• Support influencer contract finalization.
• Assist with general operations and marketing support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management or social media engagement.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with TikTok and Instagram.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intuitive understanding of tone and brand voice.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• A genuine passion for connecting with people.
• Ability to work PST hours.
