The Email Marketing Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client strategies. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to edit and optimize email templates while maintaining brand consistency.

In Short

• Set up and manage advertising campaigns in Hopper's platform
• Collect creative assets and specifications from clients
• Take screenshots of ad placements for client approval
• Handle basic client creative requirements and troubleshooting
• Ensure ads are properly displayed and functioning
• Make simple adjustments to creative assets as needed
• Document campaign setup with appropriate screenshots
• Verify ads meet technical specifications before launch

Requirements

• 2+ years post-college experience managing advertising campaigns, creative, and ad trafficking systems
• Experience with ad serving platforms and campaign management
• Technical proficiency in troubleshooting creative assets and sending push notifications
• Experience taking screenshots, adjusting image sizes, and creating mock-ups
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow documented processes with attention to detail
• Excellent follow-through and ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
• Ability to work EST hours.
