Affiliate/Community Communications Manager - Remote

GrowthAssistant is seeking an Affiliate Manager to elevate our customer interactions and affiliate engagement. In this role, you’ll oversee customer experience (CX) channels, ensuring prompt, friendly responses and proactively resolving issues across multiple platforms. You’ll also play a key role in building our social media community while developing and nurturing affiliate relationships. This position is ideal for someone who loves building connections, creating engaging interactions, and learning about affiliate management!

In Short

• Own customer interactions across live chat, tickets, email, and social media.
• Respond to live chats within 15 seconds and tickets within 15 minutes.
• Provide pre-sales advice and troubleshoot post-sales issues.
• Build relationships with 3PL fulfillment centers.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and social media feedback.
• Drive engaging social media interactions.
• Research and manage affiliate prospect lists.
