Communications Manager - Remote

Overview

Real is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communications Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled communicator with a knack for crafting compelling messages, managing communications workflows, and driving engagement across various channels.

In Short

• Plan, write, and edit engaging email newsletters to keep agents informed and inspired.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather content, align messaging, and ensure timely distribution.
• Analyze newsletter performance and implement data-driven improvements to increase engagement.
• Develop and execute communication plans for events, including internal meetings, webinars, and conferences.
• Coordinate pre-event messaging, on-site materials, and post-event follow-ups.
• Support the creation of speeches, presentations, and other communications for company executives.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to gather input and align communications.
• Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables for multiple communication projects simultaneously.
• Ensure all communications are consistent with the company’s tone, voice, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to craft engaging content.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite and presentation tools.
• Familiarity with Figma, Squarespace, and Asana.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or journalism roles.
• Experience in event communications.
• Experience in a marketing or communications role within the real estate industry is a plus.
