Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations or growth roles, preferably in healthcare or startups
• Skilled in using CRMs and automation/project management tools
• Strong communicator with attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple systems and projects simultaneously
• Data-oriented mindset with light experience in analysis or automation tools
