• Build and run the process for generating qualified opportunities.
• Set up and manage automations and workflows for prospect journeys.
• Identify new segments and strategies for generating prospects.
• Utilize prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Sales Teams for quality pipeline management.
• Develop best practices for lead segmentation and scoring.
• Demonstrate strong selling and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

• Experience in an SDR, BDR, or Sales role.
• Familiarity with prospecting platforms like Salesforce and Outreach.io.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
• Ability to analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to set and achieve goals independently.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside there.
