Credits Lead - Remote

Overview

The Credits Lead will be responsible for reviewing healthcare claim overpayments with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and resolving financial discrepancies. This role is crucial in establishing the Commercial and Government Overpayments vertical of Grow Therapy.

In Short

• Own multiple RCM operational functions and drive performance based on key KPIs.
• Develop and execute strategies to make significant gains against KPIs.
• Perform root cause analysis leveraging data on large issues that are inhibiting operational performance.
• Own organizational design for your team and develop a hiring plan.
• Lead special projects related to improving processes.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to validate overpayments strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in overpayments for a Healthcare Organization.
• Deep understanding of important KPIs and ability to improve performance.
• Able to identify pain points and create solutions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
