Overview

The Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) will create and develop relationships with professional dealers, End Users, distributor personnel, Regional Landscape Accounts, and large end users such as municipalities, educational facilities, hospitality, etc. with the purpose of selling Greenworks Professional Outdoor Power Equipment and raising brand awareness within the commercial OPE segment.

In Short

  • Ownership of business segment and achievement of assigned goals.
  • Ownership of company issued demo equipment.
  • Perform product training to Distributor Staff and Key Dealer personnel.
  • Prospecting, lead generation, and acquisition of new accounts.
  • Lead role within tradeshows and key marketing events.
  • Develop new product launch initiatives.
  • Work cross-functional with Marketing, Product Management, and Field Sales Personnel.
  • Maintaining relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Full-time position with Monday-Friday schedule.
  • 3+ years of experience in OPE or OPE Parts Manufacturer.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to influence senior management and stakeholders.
  • Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of field sales experience.
  • Knowledge of professional handheld and wheeled outdoor power equipment.
  • Understanding of independent servicing dealer role.
