In Short

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities with accurate entries.
• Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close process.
• Maintain reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of cost of sales and operating expenses.
• Support inter-company accounting and consolidations.
• Review accounts receivable aging reports.
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving data validation.
• Review financial statements during month-end close.
• Support external audit requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in corporate month-end closing cycle.
• Excellent time and self-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to assist with various projects.
• Team first mentality.
