In Short

• This is a full-time position that is fully remote (US based only, Pacific or Mountain time zones preferred).
• As a Senior Accountant, you will manage core accounting functions including accounts payable, credit card reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and month-end schedules.
• You will lead process improvements and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
• Own the full AP and AR cycle, including coding invoices, processing payments, and resolving issues.
• Manage coding of credit card transactions and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and maintain general ledgers & trial balances.
• Collaborate with internal teams for accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with state-specific reporting requirements.
• Assist with projects and analyses as needed.
• Prior experience with crypto accounting is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and month-end close procedures.
• Proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for vendor and cross-functional interaction.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, especially in crypto accounting.
