Senior Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts and will work closely with various departments to drive financial performance.

In Short

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow.
• General bookkeeping and processing of invoices.
• Bank reconciliations and payroll booking.
• Assist with budget and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with external accounting offices.
• Document entry into accounting systems.
• Support shop staff and other team members.
• Fluent in Polish and intermediate English required.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of Polish tax regulations is essential.

Requirements

• Business degree focusing on Finance & Controlling or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills and openness to new technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Navision, Nova, or Sage.
• Hands-on mentality with a focus on high standards.
• Ability to thrive in a changing business environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
