Overview

We are looking for a brand new Part Time Customer Care Specialist based in Australia or Aotearoa (New Zealand) to join our Customer Care team, which works hard every day to provide an excellent experience for our customers.

In Short

  • Manage enquiries from customers in various channels including email, phone, and messaging.
  • Assist with investigation and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Handle complaints regarding product issues or experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and resolutions.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by identifying trends and resolving issues.
  • Liaise with stores to ensure the Customer Care process is followed.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of ingredients and products.
  • Support in creating reports on customer trends.
