Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist, you are the voice of our organization and our clients, and you are highly valued as our customers’ primary point of contact. Providing excellent customer service is a top priority for us, and we invest in your success in this role!

In Short

  • Receive in-bound calls from customers and provide superior service.
  • Listen to customers’ concerns, solve problems, and answer questions.
  • Work with customers to find resolutions while showing empathy.
  • Participate in special projects and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Must have a home office environment free of distractions.
  • Full-time position with varying schedules, including nights and weekends.
  • Comprehensive training program provided.
  • Pay based on experience, education, and certifications.

  • Must be available to work from 12pm EST to 9pm EST.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills and a love for talking to people.
  • Ability to think outside the box to resolve customer issues.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a work from home position is beneficial.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection.
  • Willingness to attend all required training sessions.
