• Oversee Greenlight’s 8 figure annual digital marketing program.
• Lead and develop a team of three channel managers.
• Drive new customer growth and internal roadmaps.
• Forecast and set goals for the growth team.
• Optimize acquisition funnels and build new monetization features.
• Drive strategic partnerships with external advertising vendors.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in digital performance marketing.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ownership mindset and proactive goal management.
• 4+ years managing a team of marketing managers.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with both web and app campaigns.
