We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director, Digital Performance Marketing to lead and scale our digital advertising efforts across key channels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital performance marketing.
• Strong background in data analysis and incrementality testing.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Expertise in managing digital performance marketing campaigns.
• Experience in capital allocation and media budget strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
